Refund Policy

1. CANCELLATION & RETURNS 
   • You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours after the day on which the order was placed, provided such order is cancelled in writing and despatched to The Pitch Memorabilia by faxing your cancellation request to +27 (0) 86 684 7638 or e-mailing info@thepitch.co.za. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% charge for administration costs. 
   • In the event that the ordered goods have already been dispatched on the date of receipt of your cancellation request, you must return the goods to us within 15 days of the dispatch of the cancellation request. Within 15 days of receipt of the goods by ourselves and if the goods are found to be in order, we will refund you the purchase price paid for the goods less any reasonable delivery costs incurred in the dispatch of the goods. 
   • If you do not return the goods within 15 days of your receipt thereof, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and will be liable for the purchase price thereof.
   • Should the goods be demonstrated to be defective, you are required to contact us in writing within 5 days of receipt of your order.
   • Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to the delivery charges payable by you. However, if the goods are proved to be defective in any respect, you will not charge you the delivery charges.
   • If for some unforeseen reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs and a 15% administration cost) as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receipt. 
2. REFUNDSThe Pitch (CC) will pay over the refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receiving the returned goods. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you have made payment by any other means we will transfer the refund via Electronic Funds Transfer.
3. DOMICILIUMThe Pitch Memorabilia (CC) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under the website, including in the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum, the serving of any process, as follows:
